- We research all applicable requirements of the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) for your pallet racking project to ensure it stays on track throughout the permitting process
- As a licensed and insured General Contractor serving businesses statewide, we use our license to pull permits on your behalf
Permit Running & Expediting
- Submittal of Permit Package to AHJ
- Tracking and response to all comments
- Large format print of Plans, Permit Card, other required documentation delivered to the job site
- Scheduling of inspections
- Mid Florida Material Handling representative on-site for pallet rack inspections
Drawings & Submittals
- Life Safety Plan signed/sealed by Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect
- Structural Rack Calculations, Rack Elevations, Connection Details and Anchor Information signed/sealed by Professional Engineer
- Letter from Fire Sprinkler Contractor verifying fire suppression system is sufficient for intended storage arrangement
