Soligent

Location: Tampa, Florida | Industry: Solar Energy

Soligent, a rapidly expanding solar distributor, recently opened a new Tampa distribution center near I-4 and the Selmon Expressway. This project included a combination of selective pallet rack, steel shelving, and cantilever systems, each chosen to support a different part of their inventory.

This tailored approach allowed Soligent to efficiently store everything from long solar panels to boxed components and small accessories, all within a single, well-organized facility.

Tranzmotion

Location: Lakeland, Florida | Industry: Distribution

Lakeland has become a prime location for distribution and warehousing facilities, and we’re proud to support many of these growing businesses as they set up new warehouses and distribution centers throughout Polk County.

For Tranzmotion’s new 64,000-square-foot warehouse in Lakeland, our team designed and installed a racking layout that maximizes both vertical space and workflow efficiency. Located along the fast-growing Interstate 4 corridor midway between Orlando and Tampa, the facility is now positioned to support faster throughput and future growth.

Jib Crane Boat Lift

Project Location: Bradenton, Florida

From Coquina Beach to the Manatee River, Florida’s Gulf Coast is a popular destination for boaters and watersports fans. When a coastal community in the Bradenton area needed a boat lift capable of withstanding hurricane-force winds, they reached out to our team for a custom solution.

We engineered and installed an innovative hands-free lift system that safely moves boats up and over the seawall, protecting valuable equipment while delivering peace of mind.

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport

That expertise was put to work at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, where our team designed and installed a custom steel mezzanine. The new structure significantly increased storage capacity while allowing ground-level operations to continue as normal.

Tampa Bay Brewing Company

Location: Tampa, Florida | Industry: Food & Beverage

As a popular craft brewery known for its bold and creative beers, Tampa Bay Brewing Company needed a storage solution that could grow with demand while keeping every product at peak quality.

We partnered with their team to implement a custom cold storage racking system, maximizing space, organizing inventory efficiently, and ensuring every keg and case stays perfectly chilled.

Purchase Green, the nation’s leading supplier of artificial turf, serves golf courses and landscape professionals throughout Southwest Florida. With strong demand for their products, they turned to Mid Florida Material Handling to develop a storage solution tailored to their needs.

We designed and installed a triple deep pallet racking system that improves material flow, supports higher inventory volumes, and helps the Fort Myers location operate more efficiently as the business continues to grow.

Motor Enclave

Motor Enclave, Tampa
Mezzanine Floor Under Construction

We were recently part of an exciting mezzanine project at Motor Enclave in Tampa, the world’s largest private garage community. This impressive 200 acre complex in Tampa is home to hundreds of luxury garages surrounding a full scale 1.7 mile racing circuit, a 100 acre offroad course and an event center.

This custom-designed mezzanine (above right, shown under construction) will allow its owner to add a fully furnished living space above the garage, effectively doubling the usable square footage while maintaining the facility’s premium aesthetic.

Beachside Luxury Condos

Location: Ft. Myers Beach, Florida | Industry: Real Estate

Finally, this project for a luxury beachfront condominium on Fort Myers Beach is a great example of how our products can benefit clients across a range of industries. 

Our team designed and installed over 100 tenant storage lockers that give the building’s residents a convenient on-site storage space. Beyond condos, these lockers are a popular choice of apartment and other multi-family housing developers because they’re an affordable way to transform small spaces into a revenue generating amenity that’s highly valued by tenants.
