As Florida’s largest supplier of garage doors, Authority Garage Supply maintains a wide inventory of oversized door panels, rails, and parts across its distribution centers throughout the state. When opening a new facility in Jacksonville, the company selected Mid Florida Material Handling to design a storage system and layout that would maximize space while helping its team work as safely and efficiently as possible.

Our team developed a solution using pallet racking for standard inventory and cantilever racking for long, oversized materials such as door rails, conduit, and other elongated components. 

The finished layout provides a clean, organized storage system that supports receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment while giving Authority Garage Supply a flexible foundation for its new facility.
