High Density Push Back Racking
Push Back Rack uses nesting, free-rolling carriages to maximize storage density while keeping SKUs highly accessible. Each new pallet simply “pushes back” the one before it, and gravity returns the next pallet to the pick face. Operators never need to drive into the rack or use special reach trucks.

Push-back racking is a high-density storage system where pallets are stored on nested carts that move along inclined rails. When a new pallet is loaded, it pushes the previous pallet backward.
Push-back systems operate on a LIFO (Last In, First Out) basis because the most recently loaded pallet is always the first one accessible.
Most systems support 2–6 pallets deep per lane, depending on design, load weight, and available warehouse space.
