Las Vegas, Nevada
While we’re headquartered in Florida, we regularly support projects nationwide, delivering consistent results wherever our clients operate. When a large national pest control distribution company needed a more efficient, high-density storage solution for its Las Vegas facility, our team jumped into action to design and install a fully integrated storage system.
This project built on our ongoing partnership, which has also included successful work at the company’s North Carolina location.
The Las Vegas project focused on the implementation of pallet flow racking, supported by a comprehensive scope of services that included system design, permitting, and professional installation. Together, these elements were coordinated to support an efficient warehouse layout that improves material movement, optimizes available space, and provides a reliable foundation for ongoing operations.
Key Benefits
Increased storage density through an optimized pallet flow racking layout.
Improved material flow and overall warehouse efficiency
Code-compliant design and installation supported by proper permitting
A flexible system design that supports future operational growth
Learn More about our Pallet Flow Racking Systems:
Pallet flow racking increases storage capacity within the same floor space by using a gently sloped lane system. Pallets are placed at the higher end of the rack and, with the help of gravity-fed rollers, move smoothly and safely toward the picking face.
Because this system stores pallets deep while maintaining accessibility, it delivers exceptional storage density, making it a strong fit for high-throughput warehouse operations. Inventory is loaded from the back and picked from the front, naturally supporting a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation. As a result, pallet flow racking is especially effective for operations that require strict inventory control, such as:
Food and beverage facilities where shelf-life management is critical
High-volume operations with a limited number of SKUs
Warehouses focused on maximizing pallet positions within a fixed footprint
Distribution centers that rely on FIFO inventory practices
