With our home base in Orlando, we have directly served all the major theme parks, including Disney and Universal along with many other affiliated businesses. One of the most interesting clients we’ve had the chance to work with is Owner’s Locker.
Owner’s Locker is a unique service that provides Disney Vacation Club timeshare members with a secure and convenient way to store their personal belongings between visits to the Walt Disney World Resort.
As a fast-growing business with over 12,900+ individual “lockers” (storage boxes) in their facility, they needed to keep up with demand and decided to add on to the existing racking setup we previously installed for them.
Our team worked closely with them and determined that adding selective racking with cross aisles would create a strong foundation for continued growth. We also recommended a CLARK OSQ, enabling their staff to safely and efficiently retrieve locker boxes to get them into the hands of members quickly.
Here’s an inside look at the finished result:
Integrated Cross Aisles: Instead of forcing equipment to drive to the end of every aisle to turn around, cross aisles create mid-point openings between rows. This shortens travel paths, prevents bottlenecks, and allows safer movement throughout the warehouse.
